Indian House Front Elevation Design Photo Double Story Plan
The Indian Domestic Planning and Design’s Council (IDC) have now released a new set of Domestic Planning and Designs Photo Double Story Plan Guidelines. These guidelines enable a home buyer to have an easier time when purchasing a ready-to-move-in (RTR) flat or bungalow in India. Ready-to-move-in flats are not cheap, but they make it easy for the prospective buyers to make up their minds about buying and settling down permanently in a property of their choice.
These plans ensure that the house front area is well considered during planning and design. This means that the architects must not only focus on the architectural aspects of the building, but also pay attention to the details of the site’s terrain. The major components of a typical Indian domestic plan include the following:
The Indian Domestic Planning and Designs Photo Double Story Plan include detailed elevations of each story of the house. The elevations include: the residence floor plan (the first floor), the ground floor elevations including the basement and other crawl spaces, the first and second floors of the main floor, as well as the roof elevations including the attic. Each elevation gives a sense of spaciousness and open living space. The plan incorporates the main staircase, the covered porch, the patio and other passageways. All these spaces are depicted so that the size and shape of the house are taken into consideration while designing.
The major construction material used to construct a ready-to-move-in (RTR) house is typically cement block. However, with the exception of the foundation and walls, most other parts of the house can be constructed using timber, brick, tiles and concrete. The ready-to-move-in houses have wider doorways and staircases than the standard single story homes. This helps the residents to move around easily and without feeling inhibited by the confinement of the house.
The photo floor plan of this house shows two master bedrooms on the first and second floor. These master bedrooms are connected via a corridor in the rear. The master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the pool and the terrace. The bedroom on the first floor also has a balcony which overlooks the veranda. There is also a lounge room, a family room, a dining room and a living/dining room.
The photo floor plan shows two further levels to the rear of the residence. These levels offer additional sleeping areas, family recreation areas and additional sitting rooms. The total floor plan of this house has four levels. The elevations include first, second and third floor plans.
This house front plan was designed keeping in mind the fact that there will be a large number of individuals who will be using the swimming pool. This means that it will have an additional guest room. This guest room is also located close to the pool and has a terrace attached to it. The kitchen area is at the rear of the house. It is also close to the outdoor deck which is covered with a deck cover.
The house front design plans come with elevations that include a total of three levels and these elevations are all for individual use. There are additional features that are included in the plan such as the kitchen pantry and a second foyer. The house also comes with an outdoor deck that can be covered with a roof and there is a covered parking area.
This beautiful residence has four bedrooms and a family room. There are also amenities such as a sun room, a wet bar, a heated swimming pool and a spa. There is also a boat house, which has a covered porch. This porch can be covered with an awning during the hot months of the year and it provides ample outdoor space.
This Indian manufactured home has two garages that are attached to the home. These two garages provide extra storage space. There is a garage door that can be opened and closed from the inside of the home. There is also a club house with a meeting area and a lounge area. The lounge area is equipped with tables, chairs, a mini fridge and a television.
These types of homes are generally built on stilts because there is a lack of room on the front of the home due to the shape of the building. The stilts are extended outward so that the entire house can be seen when looking from the front. A good example of an Indian manufactured house front elevation plan is the one known as Baghu Masala in Mumbai. This building has a fantastic design and it is worth visiting.
